These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of seriesscope.life ("SeriesScope", "the Site") operated by Series Scope Pte. Ltd. ("Series Scope", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site
SeriesScope is an independent viewing scope guide providing editorial commentary, episode notes, and viewing methodology for the television series Inside Crime Scene (狮城奇案之罪案现场) available on meWATCH. We do not stream, host, distribute, or sublicense video content. All streaming occurs on third-party platforms subject to their own terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Site if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. The Site is intended for general audiences. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who access the Site.

Original text, graphics, SVG illustrations, layout, design, and compilation of the Site are owned by Series Scope Pte. Television series titles, character names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective rights holders. References to Inside Crime Scene, meWATCH, and Mediacorp are made for identification and commentary purposes only. SeriesScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these entities.
3.3 Restrictions
You may not reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction of Site content is prohibited except where permitted by applicable law or with our express permission.

We strive to ensure editorial accuracy and keep guides current with episodes available on meWATCH. However, we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Series Scope Pte. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Series Scope Pte. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, government actions, or failures of third-party hosting providers. During such events, we will endeavour to restore the Site as soon as practicable.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Editorial Policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Series Scope Pte. Ltd. regarding use of the Site and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject matter, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
