("Series Scope", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit seriesscope.life ("SeriesScope", "the Site") or communicate with us. We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Singapore, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

1. Who We Are

Series Scope Pte. Ltd. operates SeriesScope, an independent viewing scope guide for the television series Inside Crime Scene (狮城奇案之罪案现场) on meWATCH. 2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to personal data collected through the Site, email correspondence, telephone communication, and any other channels where we identify ourselves as Series Scope Pte. Ltd. It does not apply to third-party websites or services linked from the Site, including meWATCH, Google Maps, or Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them before providing personal data to third parties.

3. Personal Data We Collect

3.1 Data You Provide Voluntarily

Because the Site does not include contact forms, registration, or comment systems, we collect personal data primarily when you choose to contact us directly. If you telephone our office, we may collect your phone number and the substance of your enquiry if you choose to provide it.

This data is collected through standard server logs and, where applicable, minimal analytics configured to respect privacy. We do not use the Site to build individual behavioural profiles for advertising purposes because we do not display third-party advertising.

We may use essential cookies required for site functionality and security. Details appear in our separate Cookie Policy. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising on SeriesScope.

4. Purposes of Collection, Use, and Disclosure

10. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content

SeriesScope does not control and is not responsible for third-party data practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of Mediacorp/meWATCH and Google before using their services.

11. Children's Privacy

SeriesScope is intended for a general audience interested in television viewing guides. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen without appropriate parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, the Site does not currently alter its practices solely in response to Do Not Track headers. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We do not maintain mailing lists for newsletters or product offers. Should we introduce optional subscription features in the future, we will obtain explicit consent and provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms before collecting email addresses for that purpose.

17. Anonymised and Aggregated Data

We may create anonymised or aggregated statistics derived from server logs — such as total page views or popular guide sections — that cannot reasonably identify individuals. Such data may be used to improve Site structure and editorial prioritisation.
